Hey! This is my first con and me and my small group of friends are buying tickets one of the days of the con, I was wondering if anyone could explain how we'd get our tickets, where the ticket-buying area would be, waiting time (approximately), and any other things about buying tickets for one day at the con! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
ALSO! I have another question as well, when we get our tickets will we need identification? My group is just over the age where we can wander around without an adult (14), so will we need an ID, the school that we attend doesn't give any sort of ID cards.

Hi mika, Your questions can be answered in more detail on our registration page here , but I will try to give some info Registration is located in the Vine Street Lobby of the Convention Center. You can enter directly into the Registration area from Vine Street, or any staff member will be happy to direct you. We can't give any guarantee on wait times, and it depends how many people are waiting to purchase memberships at the time you arrive. However, we generally recommend arriving early, if you can. We try to get everyone through as quickly as possible. We actually don't offer single-day memberships. All memberships are good for the remainder of the convention from the time they are purchased, and are discounted accordingly on later days of the event. (So a membership purchased on Friday is $65 and includes Saturday/Sunday; purchased on Saturday is $55 and includes Sunday; purchased on Sunday is $25). If your group members are under the age of 14, they will need a signed parental consent form ( available on our website, or we will have copies available at the convention). You will also need either an ID for yourself, or if you don't have anything, an adult with you who is over the 18 who can present their ID at registration. Acceptable IDs for registration check-in can be state IDs, drivers license, school ID, etc. After that point, you are free to explore the convention without being accompanied by an adult, as long as you are over the age of 13. (However, we always suggest that minors have an adult on-premises with them if possible ) If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask and we look forward to seeing you at the convention!
